2. Users of this website (Users) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are subject to change at the sole discretion of Inspiring Businesses. Your use of and access to this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

12. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Australia . The courts of South Australia and the Federal Court of Australia (Adelaide Registry) have non-exclusive jurisdiction in connection with this Service Contract. Users submit to the jurisdiction of those courts and any courts which have jurisdiction to hear appeals from those courts.
